Sales and Business Development Manager
We are pleased to be partnering with an international market leader in Oncology diagnostics who are seeking a UK based Sales and Business Development manager. This position is a new role within the business as they move into their next phase of growth. You will be joining at an exciting time for the business as they expand their UK presence further, collaborating directly with the CEO on the commercial strategy and driving national sales.
Your primary responsibility will be to build the market presence by driving sales of their extensive diagnostics portfolio and helping improve patient treatments.
Experience with Oncology IVD across the private network is essential for this position.
Key requirements and responsibilities include:
- Advance the UK footprint within the Oncology Diagnostic landscape
- Identify new business opportunities by utilising your new and existing network
- Manage ongoing customer relationships
- Ensure high engagement within the Oncology space
- Manage revenue goals and targets
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and commercial team on the overall strategy
- Prepare and submit relevant reports
- Attend events and conferences to widen network and market presence
Experience required:
- Strong network of Oncologists, both private and within the NHS
- Having worked in independent filed-based sales role
- Familiar with medical insurance approval process
- Awareness of UK regulatory requirements and standard of care
- Strong commercial acumen and able to collaborate cross-functionally
