We are currently supporting a fast-growing MedTech innovator with multiple exciting Territory Sales Manager opportunities across the UK. These roles sit within a high-performing commercial team, focused on orthopaedic solutions that are making a real impact in both NHS and private healthcare settings.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Driving the full sales cycle: from territory planning to implementation and performance review

  • Promoting, demonstrating, and selling an advanced spine product portfolio into NHS and private hospitals

  • Working closely with Surgeons, surgical teams, procurement and key clinical stakeholders

  • Leading product trials and in-theatre training sessions, ensuring safe and effective product use

  • Managing stock and consignment inventory across your accounts

  • Building trusted relationships with new and existing customers, always with a focus on clinical excellence

  • Collaborating with internal teams and leadership to ensure targets and KPIs are met

  • Reporting regularly on market trends and competitor activity

 What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven track record in medical device sales – ideally with experience in orthopaedics or surgical/theatre environments

  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Strategic, commercial mindset with strong business planning capabilities

  • Organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a field-based role

  • Driving licence required – these are on-the-road positions with 80% of time spent in clinical settings

  • Confident with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
