Sales Development Representative – Remote
Nexa Life Sciences are working with an exciting organisation who have developed a revolutionary AI powered platform to accelerate drug development.
A well-funded business who have steadily grown over the last decade our client are now looking for a Sales Development Representative to drive revenue growth across the UK, Europe and the USA.
As the Sales Development Representative, you’ll be responsible for converting leads through targeted outreach and strategic lead generation. You’ll build and execute comprehensive inbound and outbound campaigns optimising conversion rates and refining sales processes.
This role is ideal for a self-motivated SDR with experience in SaaS, ideally within biotech, pharma, or life sciences, who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment or a graduate with a relevant degree who is keen to begin a career in Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Drive MQLs into SQLs by booking meetings with prospective clients.
- Campaign Management: Design and execute inbound and outbound sequencing plans with business development managers to reach enterprise and mid-market clients.
- Process Optimisation: Identify ways to improve MQL-to-SQL conversion ratios and support scalable sales processes for growth in key markets.
- Data-Driven Outreach: Leverage internal CRM and sequencing tools to evaluate effectiveness, using dashboards for performance insights and self-improvement.
- Networking & Representation: Attend conferences and events to represent the company and network with potential customers
