Territory Sales Manager
We are partnering with an international diagnostics organisation who develop cutting-edge molecular analysis tools and tests for the food and beverage, healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.
A market leader in their field they are now seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Benelux region primarily focussing on the food and beverage market. Reporting into the European Business Director your primary responsibility will be to develop and expand the customer base across the region to meet and exceed sales growth targets. Other duties include:
- Monitoring food and beverage market segments and sharing insights across the business
- Develop and maintain close working relationships with strategic partners and key accounts across the region.
- Contribute to the organisation’s business development strategy working closely with the EMEA management team
- Manage a small team including budget and target setting, developing a strong team spirit and collaborative environment
Experience required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in life sciences/business management or similar
- Minimum of 1-2 years of B2B sales and/or marketing experience from the food & beverage testing market
- Proficiency in Dutch, French and English is essential
- Knowledge or experience with microbial detection and screening is preferred
- A strong background in leading and developing people
- In order to be considered for this position you will need to commit to 50% travel within the territory
