Kirsty began her life sciences career with Pfizer as a field sales representative within the vaccines division. Over the last 15 years, Kirsty has honed her expertise in the industry, with the past 9 years dedicated to supporting the scale-up and talent strategy of biotechnology, pharmaceutical and medical technology companies. As Managing Partner, she works closely with Senior Leadership, HR and Talent teams to offer flexible and customisable staffing solutions. Kirsty has successfully developed agile talent teams across the UK and Europe and has also supported US companies in bringing talent to these regions.

Suzanne began her recruitment career in 2003, initially working within Finance and Accountancy until 2012 when she transitioned to specialise in Life Sciences. In 2016, she experienced the life-changing impact of new treatments firsthand, fueling her drive to deliver a best-in-class experience to both clients and candidates. Suzanne’s expertise spans roles along the full product lifecycle and includes developing diverse internal teams, spearheading learning and development initiatives, and championing Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (ED&I). As Managing Partner at Nexa, she is dedicated to exceeding client and candidate expectations, offering a truly consultative approach every step of the way.

Sophie brings a wealth of experience to Nexa Life Sciences as a dedicated Partner. With over eight years in the dynamic Life Sciences sector, she has developed a deep understanding of the talent landscape, specialising in Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, and Clinical Research. A proven leader in sourcing exceptional talent, Sophie excels in connecting both contingent and permanent candidates with transformative opportunities. Her expertise has been pivotal in building high-performing, future-focused life sciences teams for our clients, driving advancements within this critical field. Sophie heavily supports companies with their employer value proposition, offering guidance and support through her account management expertise to ensure she remains a trusted and knowledgeable partner within the industry.

Amy is a passionate Talent Strategy Lead, bringing over 10 years of recruitment experience to the industry. She thrives on building partnerships and lasting relationships with both candidates and clients, inspiring growth within herself and others as a devoted and driven leader and mentor. Amy has worked within the Scientific, R&D, and Quality sectors, placing candidates within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical technology companies. Amy excels in understanding businesses' core values and aligning them with candidates' motivations and skill set, bringing exceptional experiences to every placement.

Sarah is a dedicated Talent Strategy lead, beginning her recruitment career in early 2019 she quickly discovered her passion for the life sciences sector. During this time, she navigated the challenges of the COVID pandemic, primarily recruiting within the clinical research space. Sarah found her calling in supporting those dedicated to improving patient outcomes across the pharmaceutical industry, academic research trusts, and the NHS. Since then, Sarah has expanded her expertise to recruit across clinical, pharmacovigilance, market access, HEOR, and marketing, supporting professionals throughout the entire drug life cycle. Her true passion for the life sciences industry is evident in the strong partnerships she develops with both candidates and clients, leveraging her extensive experience to connect with the best talent in the industry.
